Create a unique and personalized family name sign with custom wood words, perfect for a wedding backdrop or as a custom wooden sign wedding gift. These personalized wood wall letters make for a meaningful and special addition to any occasion.

- The solid wood backing of the sign comes in your choice of five different stain colors with a Dark Walnut frame. The backing in the photo is in whitewash.
- Sizing is measured by width (side to side).
- Please keep in mind that wood can have natural imperfections such as slight spots, knots, or stripes.
- Some stains may be darker, some lighter. No two signs will be the same, making each one unique and one of a kind.

- Sign in photo is 40" x 28". The sign comes in 4 different sizes.
- Each sign is made with 1/2" premium birch plywood and 1/4" letters with black sides.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Select your sizing and upgrades from the dropdown lists.
2. In the personalization area, type the wording for your order. I will send exactly as typed.

Turnaround time is currently 2 weeks
A Proof is available only upon request and will delay your shipping time

SHIPPING
Signs will ship UPS ground. UPS Ground shipping is 1-5 business days depending on location.
*There will be an additional charge for all Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and PO boxes. Please message us before to get a quote.*

Each sign is made to order. Your order will be shipped out as soon as possible (for current processing times, check on the listing and shop pages). Your order will be tracked and insured for safe delivery. For any additional questions, don't hesitate to reach out!

It is our sincere hope that you will love your sign. If for some reason there is an issue with your order upon receiving it, please send us a private message within 2 days of receiving your sign. Since the signs are custom ordered, we do not accept refunds if the sign was received as ordered.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. There are no returns on personalized items. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
